Beavers Blast into Space
Settle Beavers have been earning the Space Badge. To get them off the launch pad, they went stargazing on a beautifully clear but cold night. It wasn’t just stars they spotted- they saw Jupiter and a satellite, too! Then, back at the Drill Hall, they took an imaginary trip into space, building rocket booster packs to lift them into orbit. Finally, they’ve learning about the James Webb Space Telescope – the successor to the hugely successful Hubble Space Telescope, which launched on Christmas Day.
