Squirrels

Recently the Scout Association has undertaken pilot projects with 4-5 years olds. As these have been well received and have met the developmental needs of the participants, enquiries are now being made to investigate if there is any interest in opening a Drey section for girls and boys aged 4-5 within Ingleton or Settle Groups.

National priority will be given to areas with an Index of Multiple Deprivation of 1-5, as well as Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, so any submission may not be accepted yet. The section will have an age-appropriate, flexible programme of fun activities based around themes such as Stories, Cooking and Exploring the Outdoors, etc.
