Digger Man Delights

For years the ground to the rear of Mealbank Hall, the Ingleton Scout HQ, has lain unusable, festooned in brambles and nettles making the route to the electricity meter an adventure in itself! Now, thanks to a new parent representative on the Group executive, the area has been stripped and levelled with a mini digger to enlarge the amount of usable ground. Soon gravel will be laid but the eager Cubs couldn’t wait so they have already tried out the new area to build fires during a ‘Fire Safety’ themed meeting night.
