DC turns Vaccinator!

Hats off to Ingleborough District Commissioner, Cathy Tazzyman, who, having completed many hours of training, has recently qualified as a vaccinator. As a result, she is now delivering Covid vaccinations to scores of members of our local and more distant communities.

One of her first tasks was to vaccinate her own mother who patiently lined up in the queue that snaked its way around the Ingleborough Community Centre in Ingleton. Cathy, who had no idea that her mum was booked in that afternoon, said, “I thought it was lovely, especially when she used to hold my hand whenever I had injections when I was little.”
